A fantastic night was had at Audley Cricket Club for the annual Christmas raffle. Some ironic winners for certain prizes came out of the prize wheel (haircuts for individuals who don't need them.......... no names mentioned, and a dog winning a set of whisky glasses!?).
The raffle draw was followed by a few games of very competitive bingo provided by Pat Latham plus a separate mini raffle with the children in attendance drawing the winning tickets out (thank you Pat for putting that on, it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone).

All prizes can be collected from the cricket club in time for Christmas.
Congratulations to all the winners.
The raffle raised £1280 which is an absolutely fantastic result and will help the club through the winter months!
A big thank you to everyone who supported this event by donating prizes and buying raffle tickets.
Also, the Children's Christmas party took place on Friday evening at the Cricket Club. A big thank you goes to Lexi Jervis for putting the event on ably assisted by 2 elf helpers (myself and Quacky). There were a few technical issues with the music (I blame the complicated instructions.....), but we got there in the end. All the kids enjoyed the party and loved the surprise appearance of Santa!!!
Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and that all the cricket teams at ACC have a fantastic 2023 season. See you soon.
